We only collect, process and use personal data to the extent that it is necessary for the establishment, content design or modification of the legal relationship (master data). Which technologies does the website operator use to collect the data?

The data is determined either by a pixel or by a log file. To protect personal data, WebAnalytics does not use cookies.

The visitor’s IP address is transmitted when a page is accessed, immediately anonymized after transmission and processed without any personal reference.

What data does the website operator store about me?

The website operator does not store any personal data of website visitors so that no conclusions can be drawn about individual visitors. The following data is collected:

For what purpose is the data collected?

In WebAnalytics, data is collected exclusively for statistical evaluation and for the technical optimization of the website.

5. Third-party content on the website

Our website integrates content from other providers. These can be pure content elements (e.g. messages, news), but also widgets (functions such as booking systems) or e.g. fonts and technical libraries. This also includes Google Fonts. For technical reasons, this is done by loading this content from other servers by the browser. In this context, the IP currently used by your browser and the browser used by the requesting system are transmitted. Please note the respective data protection declarations of the third-party providers in this regard.

OpenStreetMaps

We use the open source map service “OpenStreetMaps” (also called “OSM”) from the OpenStreetMap Foundation, 132 Maney Hill Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1JU, United Kingdom, to display geodata. OSM is used to offer an interactive map on our website that shows you how to find and reach us. This service enables us to display our website in an appealing way by loading map material from an external server. The following data is transferred to the OSM servers when displayed: The page of our website that you have visited, the IP address of your device and the data you entered for route planning. The legal basis for the processing of your data in relation to the “OSM” service is Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Letter f) GDPR (Legitimate interest in data processing). The legitimate interest arises from our need for an attractive presentation of our online offering and the easy findability of the locations specified on our homepage.
